How credits work
Everything runs on a single credit balance, split into two pools: subscription credits (refreshed monthly by your plan, used first) and prepaid credits (purchased once, never expire, used as a fallback once your subscription balance runs out).
A chat message costs 2 credits, and a render costs 2 credits regardless of resolution. Previews render instantly in your browser and are always free, so you only spend credits once you're happy with the result.
Pricing FAQ
- What’s the difference between subscription and prepaid credits?
- Subscription credits come from your monthly or yearly plan and are used first. Prepaid credits are purchased separately, never expire, and are used as a fallback once your subscription balance runs out.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- The Free plan’s signup credits don’t roll over. Creator carries up to 50 unused subscription credits into the next month, and Studio carries up to 150. Prepaid credit packs never expire, regardless of plan.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes, from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Are refunds available?
- Refund requests on subscription charges are reviewed case by case within our refund window. Requests made after that window will not be accepted. Kindly see our Terms of Service for the full policy.
- What does a credit actually pay for?
- Sending a chat message costs 2 credits and a render costs 2 credits, regardless of resolution. Previews are always free — you only spend credits once you’re happy with the result.
Full billing terms are in our Terms of Service.
