By creating a Bloopgen account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding contract between you and Turion Corporation, the company behind Bloopgen.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Bloopgen. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using Bloopgen on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits on signup. Free credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue free credit grants at any time.
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle via Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the service until then.
Prepaid credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account balance. Credits purchased through a credit pack never expire and remain available until used. Credit packs are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with a subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge date for monthly and yearly plans. We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge. Refunds are not available for prepaid credit packs or for renewal charges where the subscription was used during the billing period.

You own the animations and videos you generate using Bloopgen. We do not claim ownership over your outputs.
By using Bloopgen, you grant Turion Corporation a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your generated outputs solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the service — for example, displaying examples on our website or in marketing materials. This license does not allow us to sell your outputs.
Because outputs are generated by AI, we make no guarantees about their uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or distributing them.
The Bloopgen platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Turion Corporation and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.
We strive to keep Bloopgen available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or loss of access.
Bloopgen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI-generated outputs will meet your requirements, or that any particular result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turion Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bloopgen. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Bloopgen after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
