1. Who we are

Bloopgen is an AI-powered motion graphics platform operated by Turion Corporation. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Bloopgen, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding that data.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

2. Data we collect

Account data— your email address and hashed password when you register.
Prompts and conversations— the text you enter to describe animations, and the conversation history associated with your account.
Generated content— animation files and rendered MP4s you create through the service, stored on your behalf.
Billing data— subscription plan, status, and customer identifiers provided by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
Usage data— credit balances, render history, and request metadata used to operate and rate-limit the service.
Technical data— IP address and standard server request logs used for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your data

To provide and operate the Bloopgen service.
To process payments and manage your subscription or credit balance.
To send your animation prompts to our AI provider to generate motion graphics.
To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
To investigate reports of unlawful activity or resolve disputes.
To improve and develop the service.

4. Third-party processors

We share your data only with the following processors, each bound by their own data protection commitments:

Supabase, Inc.

Database and user authentication. Stores your account, conversation history, and usage records.

Anthropic, PBC

AI model provider. Your animation prompts are sent to Anthropic to generate code. Anthropic's usage policies apply.

Lemon Squeezy, LLC

Payment processing. Handles subscription billing and credit pack purchases.

Cloudflare, Inc.

File storage (Cloudflare R2). Stores generated animation source files and rendered MP4s on your behalf.

Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Cloud rendering infrastructure (AWS Lambda). Executes video rendering jobs for your animations.

Railway Corporation

Application hosting. Runs the Bloopgen web app and API; all user requests are processed through Railway infrastructure.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies solely to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require your consent under applicable law. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain your data for up to 30 days to resolve any open disputes, respond to legal obligations, or investigate reports of unlawful activity. Data not subject to any of the above is discarded promptly upon account deletion.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Users in the European Economic Area, UK, and other jurisdictions with applicable data protection laws may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing.

8. Children

Bloopgen is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the service. Continued use of Bloopgen after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
